Refund Policy

Customers of Maine-ly Titles, Inc. (MT; the company which operates this website) may be granted a refund on a case-by-case basis at our sole and absolute discretion, with the amount of said refund being determined by MT. Once an order has been placed, there is a $20.00 inconvenience fee deducted from any refund requests that qualify. Additionally, no refunds will be issued after 60 days from the date that your order was placed, and will only be issued if MT determines that the registrant's paperwork is insufficient to move forward, unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon. No refunds will be issued on the basis that the registrant does not want to pay sales tax if it is determined to be required in the State of Maine.

Once agreed upon, you should expect to receive your refund within two-four weeks; however, in most cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the time it takes us to process your refund and the time it takes the bank or credit card processor to process our refund request.
